2. Our Services

Justsetu LLP provides company registration, GST, tax filing and other corporate compliance services in Delhi and across India, delivered under a CA-led team. The scope, deliverables and fees for any specific engagement will be confirmed with you separately (via a quote, email, or engagement letter) before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services accurately and on time, we rely on the information and documents you provide. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents for your filing or registration;
• Promptly respond to requests for clarification, signatures or additional documents; and
• Inform us of any changes that may affect the service (such as a change of address, directors, or business activity).

We are not responsible for delays, rejections or errors that result from incomplete, inaccurate or delayed information provided by you.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees for our services are quoted upfront and confirmed before work begins. Government fees, stamp duty and statutory charges (where applicable) are separate from our professional fees unless explicitly stated otherwise in your quote. Payment terms will be specified at the time of engagement.

5. Turnaround Time

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on standard government processing times. Actual timelines can be affected by government portal delays, processing backlogs, or requests for additional information from the relevant authority, which are outside our control.

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we prepare and file your documents diligently and in accordance with applicable law, approvals, registrations and filings are ultimately at the discretion of the relevant government authority. We do not guarantee approval, and are not liable for a government authority's decision to reject, query or delay an application, provided our filing was prepared correctly based on the information you supplied.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Justsetu LLP website — including text, graphics, logos and design — is our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reproduced without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Justsetu LLP's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the professional fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party or government websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those external sites.

10. Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement by written notice, subject to payment for work already completed up to that point.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
